Thalia Theodoridi was born and lives in Igoumenitsa, Greece. She received a MA from the Open University of Cyprus in “Communication and New Journalism”, concentration “Communication”. She now attends the second concentration MA in “Journalism”. She also received a bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education from the University of Ioannina and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Technological Institute of Epirus. She currently works at the Center for Environmental Education of Filiates-Thesprotia, Greece where among her other administrative duties, she is a project manager of EU programs and she organizes events, seminars and workshops for teachers and the local community. Before that, she had worked as an administration stuff in several regional bureaus of the Greek Ministry of Education as the Directorate of Primary Education of Aitoloakarnania and Thesprotia and the VET Institute of Igoumenitsa. She had also worked as a teacher in public primary education for two years. Moreover, she constantly works in a touristic family business as a social media and website manager and Public Relations officer. She speaks English and Italian. Her scientific interests include branding, social media, content marketing, public relations and event planning.
